Andrew is a 1990 graduate of Ball High School, a 1999 graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, and holds a B.A. from Southwestern University, an LL.M. from the University of Houston Law Center, and an M.B.A. from Sul Ross State University.
Andrew served as a prosecutor in the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office and as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern and Western Districts of Texas. He served eighteen months in the Rule of Law mission in Baghdad, Iraq and has served as lead attorney of the Mexico and Border Practice Section of a business litigation law firm. Andrew is fluent in Spanish.
Prior to attending law school, Andrew was a teacher in the Galveston Independent School District. Andrew was delighted in January 2017 when Susan invited him to practice law in her office. Outside of the office, Andrew is an active father of two children and an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He enjoys fishing, camping, and sports.
